About New End
New End was launched in 2018 by a senior team which shares a history in alternative credit, real assets, and specialized private equity. Today the firm includes 12 professionals comprising 8 nationalities with offices in both Europe and North America. The firm provides fund formation, capital raising as well as strategic advisory services to established and emerging GPs. New End also underwrites and invests principal capital into investments originated by the team alongside either GPs or fundless sponsors. Our asset class expertise encompasses private debt and equity, real assets as well as venture capital.
Primary Fundraising
We partner with asset managers long-term and advise them on strategic initiatives, including new step-out offerings and capital raising. We help launch first-time teams and support emerging and established managers grow their market presence.
Sponsored Co-Investments
New End supports sponsors and sector-focused investment platforms with tailored capital raises and sourcing investment opportunities. Sponsor-led co-investments are a focus of ours.
Secondary Transactions
The firm also specializes in GP-led secondary opportunities including staples, fund add-ons and restructurings, as well as single asset solutions.
